2. Put together croutons and tofu bacon (recipes under). Put aside.
3. In a big mason jar with a lid, mix olive oil, white wine vinegar, dijon mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, capers and salt & pepper. Shake till mixed.
4. Add in Hellmann’s Vegan, dietary yeast, and lemon juice and shake once more.
5. Style and modify seasonings.
